    President’s Message

    At the start of a race, I am exhilarated. In the middle, I doubt I will make it. A the finish line, I feel a burst of energy. It was the same for my year as President. Thank you to our Executive Board and Committee Chairs. I look forward to an amazing conference.

    ALA Leadership Institute Is Worth the Time and Money

    This immersive leadership development program covered different theories of leadership, including intentional, adaptive, and reactive vs. thoughtful leadership, plus fundamental skills and traits required of leaders. One of the key aspects of leadership is a vision of what kind of leader you are.

    Louise A. Stephens Scholarship Awarded to Natalie Menges

    The Louise A. Stephens Memorial Scholarship supports students enrolled in the University of Arizona's School of Information M.A. program.
