Prescott Public Library this Winter

By Roger Saft

Whether the ground is snow covered or not, Prescott Public Library adds warmth to the winter season with all-ages, family-friendly activities that cultivate community spirit and create lasting memories. Indeed, there is something special about winter programming at Prescott Public Library: December brought exclamations of wonder and delight as Mrs. Claus and other holiday guests visited library storytimes and as multiple generations of families created edible masterpieces at our festive cookie house decorating events. January brings the promise of collaboration and feats of engineering at the LEGO Expo as well as tools for unplugging and connecting at “The Secret to Raising Connected Families” workshop. February presents opportunities to try something new (and delicious!) at our “Taste of Paris” tea party. There is truly something for everyone this winter at Prescott Public Library.

Roger Saft is Library Director, Prescott Public Library.
